This being said, we tend to share the same view as our clients when it comes to tax; namely, that while sensible tax planning is important and valuable, it is far from the only thing that matters in one’s finances and life.

We therefore leave the obsessive and aggressive tax planning to others who take a different view - and are prepared to take the risk of receiving an unwelcome tap on the shoulder from HMRC, not to mention the potential for serious penalties and losses which go hand in hand with such an approach.
